Principal

The duties of a firm Principal are the same as those of an Investment Advisor, but the following benchmarks should also be met:

• in the business of financial advice for at least three years

• demonstrated ability to build a sustainable practice, this is your primary profession

• recognized as a firm leader

• commitment to grow the firm community, culture, brand, and vision

• readiness and ability to mentor community advisors

Partner, Shareholder

The duties of a firm Shareholder are the same as those of a Principal, but the following benchmarks should also be met:

• Principal of core planning for at least two years

• clear and demonstrated ability to build the firm community, culture, and vision beyond one’s own client base

• vote of approval from current Shareholders
