how it works

For each new advisor onboarded under your care who becomes an IAR of core planning, we will compensate that Community Director 50% of the firm retained revenue from that new advisor’s gross revenue for the first 15 months.

The maximum compensation is $5,000 per newly referred advisor.

The program involves all revenue generated by the new advisor, whether by a percentage fee of AUM or a flat fee schedule. In addition, a Community Director may be eligible for equity participation after 24 months.

  • The newly referred advisor is ideally an experienced professional, comfortable in a mostly async environment, ready to get started.

  • We’re not able to support a hybrid or BD affiliation, but most other OBAs are acceptable when done with the right intention.

  • The new advisor should feel comfortable asking a lot of public questions. Questions help us grow, and good questions breathe new life into a community.
