Director
The duties of a firm Director are the same as those of an Investment Advisor, but the following benchmarks should also be met:
readiness and ability to provide direction within the community, build the culture, and facilitate group belonging
demonstrated ability to build a sustainable practice, this is your primary profession
recognized as a firm leader
demonstrated commitment to grow the firm culture, brand, and vision
Partner, Shareholder
The duties of a firm Shareholder are the same as those of a Director, but the following benchmarks should also be met:
Director at core planning for at least one year
clear and demonstrated ability to build the firm community, culture, and vision well beyond one’s own practice
readiness and ability to acquire shares per LLC Membership Purchase Agreement
vote of approval from current Shareholders
