My mission in life is not merely to survive but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.

In addition, Ronika is also an entrepreneur, author, strategist, and development consultant. She approaches everything grounded in a deep understanding of the intersections between race, culture, and business, and she is committed to providing her clients with the tools and resources they need to thrive in today's rapidly changing economic landscape.
Whether she is leading a workshop, coaching a business owner, or speaking at a conference, Ronika is dedicated to empowering BIPOC individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential and make a positive impact on their communities.
