Community Director

because culture doesn’t happen by accident

The best way to build the right community is by letting that community build itself from within.

Community Directors are the cultural co-founders.

a Community Director:

  • is an integrated and engaged member of core planning

  • sees value in growing this community as a way to grant opportunity to others

  • may or may not be an active IAR, but is active in support of this profession

  • brings a creative energy to the room

  • understands the value of an open, diverse, and safe conversation

  • pushes the profession forward

  • shows support and generosity toward others

  • wants to help build that culture of support and generosity

  • knows that life is more fun as a team sport

key responsibilities

  • host at least one team event per quarter (Slack Huddle, educational topic, video meet up, Zoom social, you name it)

  • spark conversation and engagement within the core community chats

  • let that same enthusiasm shine through social media channels with one or more social post linking to Core Planning or a Core IAR at least once per quarter.

A thoughtful revenue share represents the most pure and direct way to thank someone for helping build this community the right way.
